In 2003, just as the Turkish property market was beginning to attract global attention, a new independent Dalyan estate agency was born.

Set up by a Turkish-English couple, its aim was to market Turkish property to British buyers in an honest and professional way, linking international standards of service with a Turkish sense of hospitality.

Utopia grew to become one of the most successful estate agencies in Dalyan with numerous satisfied customers and an excellent reputation.

Times change and Utopia has now been taken over by a new team. Both are British and have a long affiliation with Dalyan. Andrew Taylor, whose background is in finance and project management, has been a frequent visitor to the area over the last 10 years and is now building his own Dalyan villa. Alan Daines a familiar face around Dalyan, an experienced property developer from London but now a permanent resident of Dalyan

Utopia was the first British-Turkish agency to open in Dalyan, and the new Turkish connection is provided by Huseyin Aynici who will be managing the office. Originally from Afyon in western Turkey, he has lived in Dalyan for many years, speaks excellent English – he’s registered as an official translator – and has a wealth of experience in customer service.

The Utopia team has a simple mission – to develop the business in order to provide the best possible sales and property management service to buyers and vendors alike.

Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, professional – Utopia still sets the standard for estate agencies in Dalyan.
